Xplore to Be More

Hi all,

Last week, Be More was given approval for their Xplore to Be More project. Within this project, we're going to send 30 volunteers in two groups to Bobbi Bear, the Dream Centre and Mother of Peace.

This grant was given to us by the Dutch government; participating volunteers have to be Dutch for this reason.

An important part of the project is that volunteers, once they return, share their story and experience with a lot of people. The involvement they create for development work is deemed very important by government, which is why they supply grants for it.

To involve people, Xplore volunteers will organize a range of events, from photo exhibitions to debates to dance events, all aimed at telling people about what they experienced in South Africa.
