Financial feedback: March

Dear all,

As you can read on our website, we report on what's been done at each of our partner projects financially on a monthly basis.

So here it goes!

In March for Isiaiah 54 funds have been spent on:

- Finishing touches to the bathroom as well as the casual labour doing the work.
The bathroom and toilet area now have cupboards and all the trimmings.

- A new scooter
Keith's old scooter had broken down beyond repair, which left him battling for transport to get to work. Sometimes he spent as much as 21 Rand a day on catching taxis and busses in the mornings and afternoons. The new scooter solved these problems.

- A second hand car
The volunteers used to drive in Glynnis' personal vehicle to take the children to and from school, which was very unreliable, breaking down often and starting to cost a lot of money. A second hand Toyota Tazz has been purchased to provide trustworthy and safe transport for both children and volunteers.
