Financial feedback: February

Dear all,

As you can read on our website, we report on what's been done at each of our partner projects financially on a monthly basis.

So here it goes!

In February for Bobbi Bear funds have been spent on:

- Funeral of CSO Studla's son
As you may have read CSO Studla's son recently drowned at the age of 7. Using the funds Bobbi Bear was able to assist Studla with the costs of the funeral. Studla did not have the money to bury her son with the dignity he deserved and Bobbi Bear did not want to put her into debt that she could not or would have a hard time repaying after the funeral.
The feedback from Studla and her family was one of extreme gratitude. Knowing that all costs for the funeral were paid and that they did not have any further financial worries gave the entire family the peace of mind that they so badly needed in their time of trauma. It also assisted Studla with the peace of mind and towards healing for her to be in a position to return to work soon after and to assist the children at Bobbi Bear.
The volunteers not only assisted with the money, they also supported the family throughout the crisis after the death but throughout the funeral as well. The support given by them was tremendous and meant a great deal to the family in the healing process.
