First volunteer at Ready 4 Life
Hi all,
Early July, the first Be More volunteer joined the new program at Ready 4 Life. This project, working in the Port Elizabeth area, teaches children essential life skills after school. Even though the project has only recently started, it's already a great success. Not only is the program running well at one school, several others are already in the process of starting as well.
Marilou was the first volunteer to join the program; she writes on her weblog:
"I'm really enthusiastic about the Ready 4 Life program, cause you children that wouldn't normally get this chance learning incredibly much and at the same time having a lot of fun!".

Reactions - First volunteer at Ready 4 Life
Marilou had a challenging but great time with Ready 4 Life and we really need more voluteers!!! In October the next volunteer is starting and we are still really in need of somebody extra to share this experience with!
So if you are still doubting and would like to make a contribution to setting up a new project further, think of Ready 4 Life as an option!

Ready 4 Life
Ready For Life was the first project I read about and I knew directly that this would be a good project for me. That's also because I work with children to help them find a job and prepare them for everything.
I'm the first volunteer for the period of 30 March till 26 April and I really hope more men or women will become a volunteer to make this project work!
Ready For Life is a great project, don't forget to read about it and become a volunteer!
Met de verhalen van Marilou over Ready For Life ben ik nog enthousiaster geworden. Zelf ga ik in de periode van 31 maart t/m 26 april 2008.
Ik hoop dat meer mensen net zo enthousiast worden als Marilou en vrijwilliger worden voor Be More en het project Ready For Life.
