Financial feedback: April 2008

Hi all,

The first official volunteer started at Ithemba this month, and she's done a terrific job! Here's the feedback on the donations raised by her.

The first thing Jeanne did was buy a new geyser and fix the toilets. This means that there is now proper hot water for the kids and caregivers. She has also made sure the bus, that takes the kids to Ithemba every day, could be fixed.

And last but not least, has enabled Ithemba to buy proper files for all the children, so that their information can be stored in one place, making it easily accessible for the caregivers, when a child has to go to the doctor, etc.

A lot has happened in the first month at Ithemba, up to the next!
