Safe Space for Street Children (financial feedback)

Dear all,

On August 1st, Umthombo will open a new office, called "Safe Space". Thanks to a donation from Be More and our volunteers, Umthombo was able to furnish this office.

The existing drop-in centre will still be used, but is too chaotic for targeted programs. These programs, such as a quiet place for support, therapeutic programs, empowerment, etc will be provided from the new Safe Space.

Main aim is to empower the children that come to the centre to reintegrate into society, and getting them of the streets.

As soon as pictures are available, we'll post them here. Until then, a very big thank you for all the past and current volunteers who have made this new centre possible!
