Well what a great week.  I think we have had all the seasons in one week, sun, rain, cold, heat.

An update on the "little yellow house".  We are now awaiting the transfer into Isiaiah's name.  The ex owners are wanting to move out at the end of September so we should be able to start setting up on the 1st October, if all goes well.  Alot of hard work ahead of us.  But my girls will be right there by my side helping me.

Another surprise update, 2 years ago we were in contact with The National Ports Authority about a house near the Police Station, which we wanted for the Abused Women.  One minute it was all go and the next minute stop dead.  It was so frustrating, start planning, stop planning, over and over again.  Then no news at all.  Fortunately the "little yellow house" kept my mind off of the constant on off situation.

Just as I said to the volunteers, that I will probably land up getting both houses at the same time, an e Mail comes through from Cape Town, the house is ready, attatched is the lease agreement, you can get the keys as soon as you want.  Well amidst screams of joy and absolute amazement, almost two years to the day, we can now move forward with the Abused Womens Sanctuary.  A little more work for my poor volunteers to do.

Right now I feel as if I am in a dream world, as I have been speaking about this for so long and now it is all of a sudden a reality.  Joyce, pack you bags, I need you now!!!!!!!

News from the house, we are at last getting banisters along the path from the volunteers house, so I and the others do not fall down the bank.  We are also raising the wall in the front of the house so the children, and animals cannot climb over, as well as getting a new sliding gate for the driveway, at last the old gates will go and I know I can keep the children out of the road.

So much happening, in such a short time, I think I need a holiday, any takers HEHEHEHEH.

Love you all lots
