Its the Queen
Dear all our lovely Be-More Family
Firstly I think the the name "Queen" seems to have stuck to me, so I have accepted it with honor!! I still have no idea how or where it has orginated from and when I ask the wonderful CSO's why they call me "Queen" I am told that it is because I am "THEIR QUEEN OF HEARTS"! I am really humbled by that. Yes ALL of our money has gone on a "WALL", I know it sounds strange, but Jetske is right, crime is of such great concern that before we can put anyone in our cute little house, we have to know that they will be safe. As always we do our utmost to spend our volunteer donations wisely. Our medical box at Tree is well stocked, 3 Cso's are currently in a training course to qualify as Coouncillors, Studla is registered to do the next phase of the First Aid Course, Thandi and Sindi are two child caregivers taking care of the children both qualified in First aid courses, and we have stock of nappies and rape bag contents, so Bobbi Bear is doing well and all thanks go to you, all our wonderful volunteers that believed in Bobbi Bear. THANK YOU from each and every Auntie here in Amanzimtoti, we are so proud to have you all in our lives. Be-More and the Volunteers tjey send are the BEST, we will always be grateful to you all for what you do for us, and also or never forgetting us when you go back home.
Jackie still hasn't managed to catch the Python for the shoes she so badly wants, at lease he is safe for a short while longer! Jackie came into my office today and said "Queen I have been thinking" and for those of you who know's Jackie, when she says that, I know it means trouble, so guess what I did, I phoned the Pavillion to see which shoe shops have a sale and sent her shopping. I know by the time she gets back with new shoes she would have forgotton what "She was thinking of"! Jackie thinks and then I have to make it happen, so I get scared, really scared!!

as always, you are very welcome!! we think back and try to figure out what we could have done better or more....I f*cking love you my Queen and miss you all a lot!! I am anxious to know how many shoes Jackie bought!! Are there any shoes left?? Let's just pray she doesn't so anymore thinking!!

Never ever must one of our volunteers go back home and wonder what they could have done more or better. If you recall I always tell you all that even if you just love or hug one child while you are here, you make the world of difference in the life of that child and they will never forget you for showing them kindness. Every volunteer that has been at Bobbi Bear has taught us so much and left us with such beautiful memories. We never forget one volunteer, you all bring such wonderful qualities with you and the difference that each and every one of you make in the lives of the children that you have worked with while with us is something that no money can ever buy, it is priceless. These children will never forget the love you showed, so never think that you did not do enough. Your presence at Bobbi Bear is beyond a million stars and more. You have all left your footprints in our soil and in our hearts and you can all be proud that each and every one of you made a difference in SA.

I totally agree with Rina about the f***ing rock- bit (ofcourse, I talked Rina into BB in the first place, so I would never DARE to disagree with her ;) ALL of you sweetiepies at BB f***ing rock! Well, okay Eureka especially, but that's just because she's likes to use the f-word a lot ;)
Each and everyone of you at Operation Bobbi Bear not only stole the hearts of the kids you so courageously helped and still help up to this day, you also stole the hearts of the volunteers. Even now, volunteering for almost six months with street children in Rio de Janeiro, I REALLY keep thinking so much about you guys, and keep reading all the messages from you. (Especially lately, since Queen is gossiping online a lot about Jackie! :P)
And I discovered one other thing here as well- the new kids here in Rio who stole my heart as well really can never replace the ones I met in SA! I recently expanded my heart with another room for this very reason- there's now room for both the South African ánd the Brasilian kids ;)
Keep up the wonderful work you do- and you know that I'll come visit you guys as soon as possible, right?! Maybe we can make it a double-date, Rhina? :)
