enA little reflection of the Netherlands

screen picture

The Netherlands
Once a dream and now a special place in my heart.
A place where I feel at home, a place of beauty,
When a dream becomes reality.
Then your heart is truly blessed
But a part of you stays behind
In the beautiful breezes that blow.

Now the time has come to leave
and go back to the land we call home
But it feels as if I am leaving one home
to go to another.
Yes my children I left behind
My heart longs for day after day
But the momories I take with me
Dear Netherlands, I can cherish on and on
in my mind.

The children I leave in the Netherlands, they
have taken my heart bit by bit,
and while they were with us at Isiaiah they
became more and more part of us.

Thank you my beautiful Dutch Children,
Thank you my wonderful friends,
Thank you the A team at Be More.
My time her has been far more then my
dream could have ever been.

Good Bye is not a word to be said here
But see you soon as all family can say
May my little "peanuts" stay cosy within,
and when they grow up, and one day they
Volunteer at Isiaiah, they can visit their Gran in SA.

Love you all, Thank you for sharing your beautiful country with us.

Hey Glynnis,
Really is strange how one can become attached to such a small country. I find it difficult to believe that so many people want to leave there for places as awful as New Zealand and Australia, makes my stomach turn!
I am glad you guys had a great time there and also believe that, like me, you will be making plans to visit there again! Looking forward to seeing you back home and hearing your experiences!

The time you arrived, our hearts filled up with laughters, joy and love.
A bound forever between us and you, between South Africa and the Netherlands.
Our house became a home for both country's. It will never be the same.
What are 10.000 km when harts beat together and are so close?

Thank you Glynnis and Keith!

With love,
Gerrit and Annelies

Hi, very dear Glynnis and Keith, I was so very very happy to meet you yesterday.. I didn't know  that Africa is living in me so very very  dearly and deeply by meeting people here in Holland.
In 1 hour you both have given me a lot of power again, how is it possible! Yes, Holland is your country and Africa is mine! I will love Africa and her people for  ever! Kisses and hughs to all the children and also to Aunty Zama! We will meet again..

And thanks Annelies and Gerrit, for wat you did, to everybody and of course to Glynnis and Keith. I am sure you have given them  the power to go further on to let grow SA again by saving children!!! With love, Trudy/ Msizi (thanks!)xxxx ps take good care of yourselfes, the 4 off you!
